We utilize the most effective methods to safely clean, sanitize and polish every accessible surface throughout your house each time we service your home. This includes all high-touch zones such as light cover plates, keyboards, phones, remote controls, cabinet handles and doorknobs where cross contamination occurs — we even clean down inside your garbage disposal masceration chamber.
We keep your home healthy, dust and allergen free, and totally green. When we leave, we take with us the dirt and pollutants and leave behind the healthiest clean available. Our fees are based on the unique variables and factors which distinguish your home and lifestyle including square footage, multi-story vs. single story, number of bathrooms, family size, number and types of pets, desired add-ons to our regular cleaning task list, frequency of the regular maintenance cleaning cycle and budget.
You'll find that we offer the most thorough plan available. You can always customize your plan at any time to address a special project — kindly give us one week's notice for an add-on and we'll adjust your schedule and bill accordingly.
We require an initial deep cleaning in order to establish a very high standard baseline level of cleanliness. This preliminary service is provided at a rate that is typically higher than the subsequent maintenance cleanings — your quote for this stage is based upon our walk-through consultation with you. After this deep clean, you drop into your lower flat rate maintenance fee cycle for subsequent cleanings.
Once we have evaluated your home and gathered your data, a standardized quotation formula is applied in order to generate a uniform flat rate for the regular maintenance service. You will receive a detailed quote for both the initial deep cleaning as well as the regular flat rate cleaning before any further steps are taken in the process.
We offer three BEYOND CLEAN™ service plans — Standard, Standard Plus and Premium. All three plans put your home and your health first by utilizing our HEPA/ULPA and microfiber technology and our third-party certified green cleaning agents. We sanitize and clean your home with special attention to high-touch cross contamination and dust zones using our advanced technology and innovative bio-cleaning methodology.
BEYOND CLEAN™ Standard Service
This basic plan is the foundation of our certified green home cleaning service.
BEYOND CLEAN™ Premium Service
Our Premium Service encompasses everything in our Standard Service plan, but gives you a deep clean every time with hand detailing, wood polishing, and extra attention to the hard-to-reach edges and corners. We also change the linens in all bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, we clean and sanitize the cat litter box and replace the litter, we detail pet beds, and we also detail and sanitize the waste baskets and recycle bins every time.
BEYOND CLEAN™ Standard Plus
If you like the idea of a deep clean but don’t need it every time, this plan is a great option. Four times a year we’ll upgrade your Standard Service to our Premium Service — we’ll schedule extra time in the Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter to deep clean and hand detail your home.
